Better hope it's a two way call. If not that means they're not interested in what share holders have to say. Will they address the real reason they did a name change? What about the suit? Are they planning a R/S? (It won't help). Are they about to settle the suit out of court? Are they about to announce that in October they'll be kicked off the NASDAQ? They should. They drop off in OCT. They'll never get back over that $1 a share limit. Will they blame the shorts for the decline in the PPS? It's their fault. Should've paid up in the beginning before they changed the name of the company. They got some major damage control to do and it's going to be a while before they recover. Hmmmm..... maybe they're about to merge or sell the company. Share buy back. Ha, the suit still stands. This is going to be one hell of an interesting CC.
