Lawsuits are very relevant to me. FYI - Michaels' lawsuits are PUBLIC.. otherwise I wouldn't know they are there, so by definition all his lawsuits aren't private/personal- Know about his FRAUD lawsuit too. That certainly is relevant to HPNN.

Show how he spends his time and HPNN money.

His time hasn't been spent keeping the company paperwork current or paying the annual fees, or sending out tweets and certainly not PR's (none since last July)

He hasn't spent his time doing the ANNUAL SHM.. what happened to it? Heck he never even did the special SHM.

All his promises of letting investors know something, never come.

So what is Michales's doing with his time besides going to McD's.

Hop-On DEFAULT (think of the extra money that was spent last year because it was REVOKED.. extra fines with that status to get it reinstated)

Hop-On Wireless DEFAULT (and Michaels spent a lot of money on this POS company last year bringing it out of PERMANENTLY REVOKED status - WHY? He did NOTHING with it. ALL FOR SHOW... gosh, Petey does something just for show? NAH.. not him)
