Interesting stuff. Racketeering.....wow....? Sounds like the Porters are a pretty sordid bunch of characters, and with Louis still in the picture.

Now, with another convicted con-man involved (Shamberg), Bayport is truly a sleazy con-job. Why would anyone get involved with a company that has such a sordid history with so many criminals associated with it??
