A Dr. Pepper/Snapple Employee's Guess:

..its funny that for years on IHub i have been in beverage penny stocks, and talked about my experiences of working in the beverage world, which i love for its energy and hard/humble work: and that i can use these experiences and knowledge in Pennyland more then I would have ever guessed-! I began working in this field in August, 1991 at 7up of Detroit (a DPS company) and then later on in Seattle for Alaska Distributors when we were bought out by Columbia Distributors in 2008. And i recently worked again for fun and hard work/Good Form at 7up/DPS 20013/14 too, and they said i could come back any Holiday Season and work as a merchandiser again, of which i plan too this Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan.

Anyways, below i will narrow down who this HJOE deal is i think with --- but like i posted earlier we will all find out pretty easy on our own -- soon enough (if we dont hear from the company first!) -- as once their new nationwide Distribution starts rolling out the HJOE product this Summer, well i can simply call my merchandiser and sales buddies at DPS, Coke or Pepsi still out in the stores, and say hey Brian or Steve who is selling Hangover Joe, or Git-r-Done? Or, i will lol just go to 21 Mile and Card Road Kroger, or the Walmart at 23 Mile and M-53 where i got to know the Receivers very well and just ask them. Or you out there or i could just wait for the products to roll into your local party stores, 7-11's mom and pop etc and just ask the manager or owner what Distributor they got HJOE products from.

BUT: here is what we know and here is my guess:

1) This giant beverage Distributor that is NOW (woooo!) handling HJOE products, that i will call Distributor X, - handles one of the famous beverage brands we all know - cause its that Distributors anchor Brand, and that Brand is over a hundred years old. From their awesome FB post!:

"Hangover Joe's $HJOE today will entered a new era as the company will turn over its North American Operations to a National company /Distributor that wholesales the household name brand. This brand is known around the world and has been around for over a 100 years. We will also give them the rights of The Hangover Recovery Shot to distribute in three other countries ,where they have strong distribution platforms in place to start. This is going to change the nature and the direction of Hangover Joe's forever."

btw this giant beverage Distributor probably has many many Brands we all know and drink. But there is always the number one seller....anyways.....If its over a hundred years old, and is the anchor Brand then we have various (and awesome) choices of who this National Beverage Distributor could be:

Coke
Pepsi
Dr. Pepper Snapple Group

...now for those not keen to the Beverage World -- im not gonna mention other famous pop Brands that are also over 100 years old like say RC Cola, Hires, Canada Dry, Orange Crush and Vernors. ....cause they are ALL now owned by one of the above giant Distributors; its not like they are their own National Distribution company.

On the beer, wine and spirit side we have:

Budweiser
Miller/Coors
Southern Wine and Spirits

....now im gonna cut Southern Wine and Spirits out of contention, as i thought initially they may be a front runner (for obvious branding reasons lol): but they are NOT international - they are just the United States largest wine and spirits distribution company and dont sell outside USA. ...which now leads to #2:

2).... so, if HJOE's new big Deal is with one of these worldwide famous known Brands, that is sold internationally.....well then we go back those top 5 Giant Distributors CAPABLE of selling to the entire nation as well as other countries(!): Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper/Snapple Group, Budweiser, Miller/Coors.

My guess? Well they Tweeted that they are shipping from Dallas Texas area, and i heard a rumor that the new HJOE IR rep Pam (to start July 1st) is from Texas and worked at (or still does) this company that HJOE just landed this big deal with. And who is also in Texas? Dr. Pepper Snapple.......man it would be soooooo cool if this was the case.....then i would literally be merchandising these cases of HJOE product this Fall in whatever route they give me wooooo lol.

....though Bud or Miller/Coors makes sense too - yet i will go with my own company! Coke or Pepsi would be of course amazing, but are my dark horses. You never know though, cause Coke bought what a 17% stake in Monster Energy - so its not like they or Pepsi have to always be 100% owners of the Brands they sell -- yet that is often the case.

But whoever it is - in the end, the important thing is that the deal is signed and done and HJOE just pulled something off no other penny beverage stock that i know of has done: landing a distribution deal with one of the giants nationwide/international. That, and either way we all will find out soon enough: either by the company -- or by ourselves!

...just got onto Twitter, its actually more fun then i thought it would be - give me a Tweet sometime-!
