The point is that many patients ARE getting the type of cancer that is appropriate for this study...no need for more cancer patients...there IS a need for more cancer patients to be enrolled in this potentially life saving treatment

Each year there are 59,340 NEW cases of untreated head and neck cancer discovered IN THE UNITED STATES with 12,290 deaths/year.

That's over 4900 patients a month that are already doing this (below quote) as they seek treatment:

they have to be able to get to the site, time off work, patients own money involved, their insurance agencies etc etc I could go on and on.. 20+ is fine

...my opinion is that 20+/month out of almost 5000 cases/month is weak....and those 4900+ cases/month IS ONLY THE USA and does not include the additional 22 study countries
