James' contract ended in May I believe. I still see him leaving the company soon and handing over the role of CEO to Kras, who just extended his contract agreement.

I say that, but with the salary he draws, he's doing quite well for himself working part time for at least two companies. Maybe if he spent more time at Inergetics' offices we'd have FINS filed timely, better sales, and more transparency. We've all been shafted by this group of management and still know practically NOTHING about their supposed CBD initiative.
