Wasn't the AAPT vs. EG trial supposed to start soon? Guess B&L didn't really have what it takes to backup all of their claims. Like it's been said many times, you can't operate like B&L did and expect there not to be any consequences. I don't know one person who has had any kind of relationship with them that would ever have anything to do with them again. Not one. Which is very telling.
