FAILURE TO FILE ANYTHING AT ALL GETS A COMPANY De-LISTED.

The filing of one's "intent to get current with filings" keeps the SEC wolves away from the door for a while.

( From memory ) I think I remember that THREE YEARS w/o FILINGS IS THE TRIGGER FOR De-LISTING. ........ BION ( Believe it or not ) what was done y'day is a filing of a sort.

It's sort of like having a Safe Deposit box you don't visit for over three years. ........ In Kalifornia, they declare it inactive and STEAL THE CONTENTS. ........ Point being, Tirex does not want to be thought of as inactive from the POV of the S.E.C.

Everything I have written in this post is true, except I may not be precisely right on the "inactive for three years" part.
