the total lack of profressional cohesiveness leaves HOLES all through INCC's story………noit ONE PR connects to another when looking at "supposed" accomplishments…………..they are just STAND ALONE stories drifting throught the OTC haze of the PENNYS

one day INCC is 2 hours away from CHILL removal….then its 3 months before shareholders hear anything about the CHILL……and its more nonsense then…….READ the previous 8 months of doumented hogwash from INCC

FACT……last 3 weeks INCC has FALLEN….

from a "SOLIDLY based and stable PPS of .0015"
