I see great things for Banro over the course of the year. I don't see the decreasing gold price as a huge negative because of how efficient the company is able to operate the mines. In fact, as gold prices drop then Banro will become even more of a takeover target for the larger miners, so they can average down their all-in-cost with their portfolio of mines. Banro is at a point where the gold market is in their favor whether gold prices go up (higher profits, pay down debts) or go down (takeover target, still highly profitable).
