BBilly they are not Naked if they Borrowed the shares out of a Margin Account, and Guess what, 8 Mil Shares were Recently put in an account, Restricted shares the Tom G Put up for collateral. I told him the best thing to do is to buy back those 8 Mil shares as soon as the Financing goes thru. They will have to cover in a hurry.
