Common sense. The MM's who is in charge knows that and he will not increase the ask to 3's til someone buy the 3's if noone buys the 3's then the MM's have no choice to keep it at 2's
You need to understand that it's their job to protect DRGV assets.
At the same time protect the investors interests, if someone was to buy at 3's there shouldn't be any issue at all, so far no buyers ...
which is sad ...
The more 2's are available, the chances are greater that someone will flip once the bid is at 3's and the ask is at 4's
There won't be no run ...
