Since SOLARWERKS is a defunct company...meaning it is in REVOKED status in NV ... so that is not good.. but not a really big deal, he can get it out of Revoked status just by paying some extra fines..

He will do that.. no doubt.. soon...<snicker>

And it is pointed out in the 10Q that Solarwerks, the Domark "subsidiary", is in "default" (just a tiny lie)

Shouldn't Solarwerks be taken off the Domark site? Was anything ever manufactured?? I think the DOMK magic eight ball says "NOPE"
