The facts have always been its safe but no drilling will happen in those areas until the price recovers anyway.

Even with epa's blessing many states will fight for years before allowing.

So yea maybe in 5 years there will be a $100.00/barrel cap on price with widespread shale oil wells.

Meaningless on today's price of WTI.

But who wouldn't love a repeat of this price action every 3-5 years?
