what?
impossible, i chart too..and according to the fibonacci retracement.
i'm looking at 0040.. you also have to look at when they rally started, calculate the dilution and factor the lowest high.

and that is just assuming that the charts work.. cause charts do not work on penny stocks.. no matter what you say..
