We are dealing with the goverment. Nothing is certain until the council votes it in, and even then the can change their little sweet pea pinkin' minds. That meeting may have been calledby the project manager just asna final reassurance to himself before he setit to council. Have been involved in to many goverment bids to beanywhere near confidant it's ours. I know I am normally the positive one but this timeI will go with causiosly hopefull.
