What mines and leases? These con-men had a group of placer claims several years ago, with no credible value of any kind. Just some hogwash about gold and rare earths. I suspect they've let the claims lapse - costs money to maintain Federal mining claims and when you're not promoting them to gullible investors, why not just let them lapse?
