What surprises me the most is that our CEO, Michael James, who has plenty of experience in the finance world, would resort to such toxic financing. I previously sent him a list of venture capitalist who were interested in investing in marijuana companies, but he didn't even take the time to read it. However, he did say to me, that I should tell them to contact him if they are interested. I said it doesn't work that way, they have the money and they set up dates when they are available to have companies present their ideas. The fact is he hasn't explored other alternatives for better financing, he just locked into Sason for his financing. Makes one wonder why he would do that and if there is more to it than what we think. Is it possible he could be getting some kind of kickback? I don't know, but it sure is suspect when you stop and think about it. Maybe we should start asking the SEC to take a look at what is going on. Something just doesn't smell right about all this financing imo. Cheers!
