Let me throw this idea out at the board. So we know the company has diluted a fair amount of shares supposedly and hopefully to put have 2 AZ locations and an acquisition of TWYNS that we know is a done thing. Once we get the AZ news could those sold shares that were used to purchase the AZ locations be seen as "good diluted shares" sort of like college debt is considered good debt. Just a thought. Maybe that is what is going on here and the smart money is taking advantage of the share price dipping while this process is unfolding.
