A few reasons I can think of: Those with tiny portfolios who should have sold but are now out on a limb, clinging to desperation and hope. Those who've taken previous losses in the company and taking it personally, now trying to get their money back out of stubbornness and emotion. And pretty much the same story with those averaging down not wanting to face defeat.

It's all gambling and illogical now.
