Right that was my initial fear but then again it ran to .55 (equivalent post split) on just hype, no TWYNS deal and no leasing deal we got on may 26. This time we have all that coupled with the AZ deals I'm thinking above 55 cents. Yes OS is higher HOWEVER if they did the right thing with those shares and truly bought the buildings outright ($5MM worth) those lost shares may be looked upon favorably being they were really used to purchase hard assets that have an appraisal value attached to them. Then if we get other CA and CO news.... could get intersting.
