Considering everything, us SHAREHOLDERS can force management of both V's to do things that will benefit long investors...including on time filings, regular updates, etc.

If we combine the power of or our collective holdings, we can give ultimatums..gain some much needed clarity, etc.

We need an organized effort on our part to protect our investments. Not only because of financial benifit, but for the value these products add to the environment for future generations like my young kids.

Anyone can bash and complain, but who's actually willing to do.something to help see this through. Dispite the disappointment's these negative comments are like bag reviews on a product being sold on Amazon or something.
