QTMM is a key player in a 'paradigm shift' technology so even doubling the O/S wouldn't damage the potential here. Risk reward is a no brainer if patience is a pre requisite and if they have to raise the A/S to accommodate a strategic acquisition (could be new technology/merger) I have no problem with that so long as it becomes accretive within a stated period of time (12 months). JMO
