after speaking with the title agency again, I decided it was best to wait on requesting the title. I verified that the title info they had would be "up to date as of 5/29". However, I went on to tell her that there may have been a transaction/title transfer that very day and she said it would be a good idea to wait at least a few more days considering the property in question may have transferred title owners that same day. I'm going to wait until monday to do the title record, which at that point would be "up to date" as of 6/2. Kind of just beating around the bush here until a PR comes out, public info on this is extremely hard to dig up. Anyone live in phoenix!?
