Have been holding this stock for over 10 years and bought some every week at the much higher prices.
Ever heard of Well Renewal?? Never seen an annual meeting notice or any communication to the shareholders.
How do the authorizations concerning terms for convertible shares and increases in authorized shares ever take place without our approval?? So do not blame me.
The existing convertible terms far exceed the authorized shares.
