KBM has the option to convert starting Monday the 8th.
At 70% of the average of the lowest 3 prices in the last 20 trading days prior to the conversion.
I think the lowest three were 0.0025, 0.0027 and 0.0034
So the average is 0.0029.
0.70 X 0.0029 = 0.002

Of course Arrayit could prevent this additional dilution by paying the stipulated part of the KBM loan before Monday.
