If management really cares about investor sentiment then why haven't any of them purchased shares at these historically low levels . If I saw a form 3 or 4 which ever it is in the next week or so I would put so much more into this company. Don't they feel the market cap is severely undervalued or are they waiting for another RS before buying in. Just the documentation of them purchasing common shares in the very company they work for would be gold in my book
