For the people on this board that know that I don't BS when it comes to my DD.

I talked to Mike today on the phone for about 45mins. Mike sounded very excited about the Maine deal and said it was very close. He did say he had ran into a few problems, but got them all worked out. He told me he will not give up and will fight with all he has to brings value back to the share holders. He truly feels bad and I think he is embarrassed how things played out so far. The debt holders really messed him up I think. I have been talking to him at least once a week on the phone for almost two years now and never heard so much passion in his voice like I did today. A week ago I would have told you I think he might be ready to give up. I don't believe that at all right now. I believe he will get this done this time.

The PPS right now could be the deal of a life time IF he pulls this off. I'm not saying he will but I believe and he believes he will.
