I cant recall who it was on this board, but a week or two ago, they posted an email chain they had between themselves and Phil/Dan, where they were told in no uncertain terms that OS counts should not be coming from the TA anyways, and will only be issued during regular filings.

The original email just asked if the TA could be ungagged, with no explanation. Perhaps with further communication explaining exactly why this is important to their retail investors, they might aquiecse?
