Summary Overview For the three months ended December 31, 2014, we generated $11.0 million of total revenue, an increase of 121.0%, or $6.0 million, relative to the same period in the prior year. Due to our focus on increasing our retail distribution, retail sales increased 241.3% to $8.3 million. Our focus on increasing our retail distribution led to increased sales to newly acquired retailer accounts, such as Costco warehouse, True Value, Wal-Mart, and Sam’s Club, and increased sales to existing accounts such as Amazon.com. Direct-to-consumer sales increased 6.0%, to $2.7 million, reflecting new product offerings, efficient advertising, joint marketing programs with Scotts Miracle-Gro, and increased visibility from and expanded retail presence while mailing fewer catalogues to drive sales in this channel.
