He didn't retire...what business man would just up and leave in the middle of auditing many company's Financials...... I believe a email was posted here on these forums and it stated the CPA left because he was told he couldn't practice anymore from the SEC......

No one would just up and quit like that so I believe that to be true...it's the only explanation....
