I STRONGLY DISAGREE - they dont word their tweets to have a way out - NO COMPANY WORDS their TWEETS with GUARANTEES and PROMISES - NO COMPANY does this - unless they are announcing something that has already happened

for example - this tweet:
Rcvd email from CO State Water Dept. 30 day comment period ended May 3. All clear!Water Conservancy App approval expected by July 3!


they received an email (that is not a promise - that happened and it is stated)
the 30day comment period ended on May 3rd - that is not a promise - it is stated

approval expected July 3rd - that is not a promise or a guarantee

they cannot guarantee a certain approval - NOBODY CAN

all we can do is take the risk by buying now that they GET IT , so when they do get it - longs can see a better return - versus those that will chase!!!!

although - this is only 1 deal that has water.....
INCC is looking at DEALS all the time and when they find one that matches....I believe they will get it done!
