Fuel cell vehicles, on the other hand, are estimated to make up just 0.015 percent of global light vehicle production in 2025, according to platinum producer Lonmin.

OK let's look at this statement shall we. I would think and trust Toyota has a better handle on what is going on with fuel cells as they have bet the farm on it and have Data. Rather than a platinum producer. After 5 years EV's account for one tenth of one percent.

Plug-ins, even with their high rate of growth, account for less than one-tenth of 1 percent of the 253 million cars and trucks on U.S. roads.

Even the US gov't has missed it's target by two thirds.

On the other hand the response to Toyota's fuel cell car has been OVERWHELMING.

But even more interesting they state "LIGHT VEHICLES". Yes they are also confirming that Battery EV's will never be able to work for trucks. Thus confirming the INEVITABILITY FOR FUEL CELLS TO HAPPEN. FUEL CELL infrastructure will be build it will compliment and coincide with the need for fuel cell trucks. To think the oil companies would ever let BEV's actually become a replacement is downright silly.

There are currently 133 million trucks on the road out of 253 million vehicles. EV's are DOA as a replacement for the ICE.
