But, jokes aside, the fact that the company finally has revenue and is working on the prospect of almost 100 million in revenue in the very(very) near future tells me that they don't need an R/S, just some press.

The debt is lower than ever too. The last thing $MSPC would be looking to do now would be to upset its shareholders. It's coming; we just need to wait a bit longer.
