Maddog? You state "Why didn't NGCG just pay them off with the so call $400,000 in revenue??" Revenue is revenue. Not profit.
So 400,000 in revenue but use most of that to pay off a 200,000 debt? Meaning they will not have any $$ to operate. Sure , makes sense.
