While I applaud the message, is it typical for EC members to be filing declarations directly? Seems like EC legal counsel should be driving the show (LeClairRyan)? Maybe this was the personality clash on the EC...

I'm still trying to piece together what the recent EC split truly means. Almost all of the EC holders were Q1 2015 / Q4 2014 shareholders (Filed in Doc 145), so hard to understand how they could be far apart in terms of desired outcome of this case.

Right now they are going after Management Impropriety, 3rd Party Conflict of interest, and Valuation as the key levers in the case. While i'd love to see a DoJ case to address the improprieties , end of day seems like the valuation angle is the quickest angle to prove out?
