So who should be investing in Peregrine Pharmaceuticals? I believe only investors who have a very high tolerance for risk, who are comfortable holding the stock for at least three more years from right now, and who aren't afraid to see the bulk of their investment disappear if things don't go their way in the SUNRISE study
