MD, you must be kidding!

You won't even survive 5min with Cramer on the phone.
That guy is as energetic in real live (at least he was when I met him and a couple of other people you might know from TV/CNBC/etc) as he is on TV.

That is IF he'd give you 20min, or even 5min but HATS of if you get 2min and manage to even seed the beginning of an interest behind his own opinion.

Now, you have ONE thing to tackle him. I remember Cramer to take himself VERY serious so this guy is to be approached with HIS OWN theories.

And he said publicly: If PPHM managed to make PIII with Bavituximab (as if he also knew there was a situation coming where the sabotage would keep that from happen so that if PPHM PRed that the FDA refused a PIII he could build on that and say: SELL SELL SELL) that this would be another game.

So synthesised Cramer said:
-> NO PIII dump it
-> PIII keep it, much future.

So remind him about that and by directly adding that given the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) involvement he seemed to be RIGHT, you may seed something. Adding that apparently PPHM is aiming for a BMY partnership given the pipeline reorganization and the BENEFIT for BMY to increase its Opdivo/Yervoy foot print may additionally capture his attention because Cramer is a BMY fan.

I guess that for hedge fund managers that do what he has been proclaiming the fraud and other hanky panky stuff about BMY on public record is not really an obstacle.

In short: Only Cramer beats Cramer so give him Cramer, not MD!

Peregrine Pharmaceuticals the Microsoft of Biotechnology! All In My Opinion. I am not advising anything, nor accusing anyone.
