I found the email I received from the CEO in April regarding my inquiry about the spin off.
   I apologize for the delay in responding to your e-mail.  Before we have the spinoff, we will be having a few solar tracker sales completed in order to build the confidence of investors.  Meanwhile, an "easier to produce" solar tracker will be installed with the initial sales.  Thank you for your patience.
