They had the money until they drilled in the wrong place. Their twinning holes did not twin.

So instead of a resource estimate they are going to do the spin out and then pump niostar for the funds.
Once they have the funds they will continue their prior plan.

A resource estimate, a BoD and spin out are what are said to be in the pipeline.

IMO they need the CTO lifted to get the spinout done but others disagree.

Some think the BoD is the next step but IMO they wont do that until they have the money to pay them
