So let's say we closed on the two AZ properties coupled with the TWYNS deal and that other lease deal plus all the other CA deals in the works. Including all the projected lease revs and so on....when news of the AZ deals hits where are the projections of the pps over let's say a 3 or 5 day run? Do we swing back to 54 cents? Or more being it is solid tangible news this time?
