(NYSE: ARP) today declared its monthly distribution for the month of April 2015 of $0.1083 per common unit, or $1.30 per unit on an annual basis. The April 2015 distribution is payable Friday, June 12, 2015 to holders of record as of Friday, June 5, 2015.
