If you read the 8-K it clearly points out the change in the bankruptcy conversion filing from a chapter 11 to a chapter 7. not good news. the court system has control of this stock. this stock is insolvent right now.
with the conversion to chapter 7 is seriously scaring away trader's. hint: low volume at the base.
