It can happen. One clear picture that it might not is that volume is very low. I will wait for more volume and see if VIICQ will consolidate a bit more before adding any new cash. maybe that is what the MMs are waiting for.
In this environment high volume is king. when I talk high volume I mean 100 million in a day.
