I am long ECIG.

If you recall (if you were here) @ the time of heavy dilution (December January), it was the same thing. Selling @ or under bid price. The diluter needs money, they got free shares/discounted sharee prices, so they can sell @ any price. When people dilute, they want to sell with certainty, so they offer @ or below bid price. That is exactly what was happening back then. It was creating free fall of the pps.
What people say here does not matter so much, because no one knows what is their motive. Let us look @ facts and draw our own conclusion. There is dilution or dumping of shares as it was in dilution times. What looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quakes like a duck is just a duck.
