In my opinion it's all about growth. There are lots of Chinese companies trading on Nasdaq or Nyse who can't get a valuation higher than 20% of book or a P/E of 3. And they sure as hell can't attract any institutional buyers either. They have one thing in common, they are not growing fast.
There are also a tiny few fast growing companies and they all have much higher valuations than SIAF.
So, it's not really a mystery. Dividends, auditors, uplistings, none of this will matter. We just went from $3.50 to $17.50 without it. On OTC. You are not going to get any institutional buyers on FN unless you can convince them of the growth story here. And you have to do it in such a way that any fool can understand it.
So that's what's been lacking. It will come of course because they can't hide it forever. People will get more and more educated as the mega farm progresses. But not right now.
