I have to agree with your predictions as to what Pastas revenues are. I specifically heard they expect to do 12m dollars this year without consideration for any other deals or developments.
I wonder if they are profitable or the combination of the two has them profitable. I am not quite sure what we paid to them though. We know they loaned them 350k. I assume that goes towards the aqusition fee and doesnt have to be paid back? Or mabe it does have to be paid back. I know 10m shares are issued. The value of those shares is hard to predict. Only management knows what they are likley to be worth down the road a bit. It appears 3m are free trading. They should get a bang for those with the right timing
