Because I have nothing else to do except run two companies, consult another and trade on the side, I thought I would do some $VPOR research....this satire was directly aimed at those who don't do squat and b!tch. It's ok if you don't what to do, but to whine about it is what ticks me off.

Anyways....

While we are waiting, I wanted to try to find out "why" we are waiting.

1) looks like our new auditor is squeaky clean and does it by the book, bad thing is it appears it just d brooks and no associates..1 man band, maybe two now because I saw an old job posting he may have filled. Here is his last inspection -

2) With the above said, because he's clean and a one man band (presumably) his rates are probably good so he is extremely busy:

13 Old clients (OTC) -
1- he is catching their filings up.
3- pink limited
2- OTCQB
6- pink currents
1- not on market yet.

4 new clients (May alone) had more in April.

Nano labs- CTLE- caught up and current
Motivating the masses- trying to get to market
House of bods- trying to get to market
Vpor- trying to fix two to three year filings nT late
NGEY - same exact predicament as us nt late.

VPOR AND NGEY are the only new ones he has to go back years and fix from what I can find and neither have had current filings as of today. It appears he moves rather fast once he gets the company up to date.

Got no guesses on dates, just thought I'd let the board know.
