I think this F-share payment is important for th FN-listing process. They want to see that promises to shareholders are honored. So why wait until after summer? As far as I know they work both June and July at FN!

Yeah but there are many similar things that could affect the listing in that case. I don't see why this should be so special that it would hold up the listing, when compared to other stuff the company has going on.

But then again, who knows. It is a dividend that should have been paid a year ago so maybe you are right. In that case it is good I guess.
