The K-M curve shows PFS falling quickly but OS with more staying power. No explanations implied by looking at the data presented.

We know stage 4 pancan, regardless of HA status, has median OS of about 8.5 mos with AG. The literature that supports a worsening of prognosis with high HA isn't as strong. Perhaps the difference isn't as great as thought. that won't matter a great deal if PEG still improves prognosis. That said, all of this data is early and relatively sparse. As Dr H says, at a minimum, it bears further study.
